My review : This mouse is quick to make a great first impression with its excellent look. The two colors blend really well and the changing color LEDs shine through the bird and line designs on the mouse. This mouse really has a smooth and clean feel to it.
|| Grip ||
This mouse is designed for a claw grip. It might take a bit to get used to if you have not been using a claw grip. It took me about half an hour to get used to its size. After that I felt more control when gaming and I started to improve.
Your thumb comfortably grips the concave left side of the mouse. The leather like feel provides amazing grip and your hand does not slip.
Your pinky and sometimes your ring finger will rest elevated right side. The gray type of plastic has softer and more nonslip aspect to it. This seems to give me more control when I am playing games.
The top is very smooth. Your fingers do not slip on the buttons or scroll wheel. It has a very comfortable feel. With the way it is built, I think it provides a very outstanding grip. My hand never cramps with it.
|| Material ||
This mouse is mainly made from plastic. The plastic has a very smooth feel to it. The sides are textured. The right side has a fake plastic leather that actually feels almost like leather. It is soft and rigid, yet still easy to hold. The bottom is made from very smooth, easy-sliding plastic too. There are small rubberized pads near the corners of the mouse and along the optical sensor. This allows it to work on multiple surfaces even if you do not have a mousepad.
|| Sensor ||
The optical sensor on this mouse is very reliable and precise. It is very finely tuned and works wonders when you are moving it at high speeds. This mouse works well on multiple surfaces including mousepads, wood, and plastic. It does struggle to perform well on glass as it does drag a bit when it is on that surface. There is absolutely no lag time. Whatever you do happens instantly on the computer.
|| Buttons ||
The buttons have wide spacing that is excellent for triggers. The buttons have a soft click sound and release instantly after you press down on them. The scroll is pretty wide and it also has a smooth movement.
There are forward and backward buttons placed conveniently near the base of your thumb. The left and right key have a slight concave shape to them where your fingers will rest naturally.
The +/- buttons changes the DPI. When you press the buttons the mouse will cycle through different colors. This is great if you want to know what DPI setting you are on. You can modify the DPI settings on your computer and on your mouse separately. This will give you different and custom values from the original (500-1000-1500-2000-3500-4800) values.
One negative thing I found kind of annoying is that you cannot program the colors or the mouse buttons to different things.
|| Texture ||
This mouse is extremely smooth all around. It has concave and convex areas that is designed ergonomically for a claw grip. If you do not like a claw grip, this mouse is not so forgiving. You will have to get used to it if you buy this mouse. If you have very oily skin, your mouse can get dirty pretty fast. But because of the smoothness of this mouse, it is very easy to clean.
|| Conclusion ||
This mouse is awesome! It’s texture, grip, and material makes it one of my favorite claw grip mice. The sensor is very great. It works well on multiple surfaces without any lag. I have found my gaming experience has improved because I am using this mouse. It is really great if you need fast reaction times. The buttons included are great but I do wish they were programmable. The LEDs fade in and out and look very nice. I think this is a very great mouse at a very low price.
