My review :
I needed a new backpack for my 17" gaming laptop as my Swissgear bag only held up to 15" devices. This bag holds my laptop securely and provides a proper level of protection. The laptop slot is padded against the wearer's back and has a separate pouch for the charger which holds my massive Lenovo charger with ease.
The other sections have numerous pouches and slots for accessories and the strap for headphones is a nice touch. After putting all of my items in the bag, I felt like they were held in there securely and that carrying the bag around wouldn't risk damaging anything. The outside of the backpack seems to live up to its promise of providing protection from inclement weather. The rear section is kind of like a light vinyl material and the remaining fabric doesn't seem to be pourous or prone to letting water seep in. I would feel comfortable walking around in the rain for a period of time without protecting the bag with an umbrella.
The straps adjust nicely and are comfortable when wearing. There is sufficient padding where the wearer's back meets the bag and doesn't apply unnecessary pressure. Overall, I'm glad I purchased this bag for my laptop and think the price was great.
