My review :

Love this thing! I recently started a new foodplan that requires the counting of "macro nutrients". Due to that, I needed a scale that could weigh my portions out in grams and ounces. This scale is so easy to use, it's light, it's compact enough to not take up much room, and the "Tare" feature is useful every single time. I didn't know what Tare was, but found out it's a way for you to weigh the container, ziplock bag, or whatever your food is in and then subtract the container/ziplock's weight from the weight of what you actually want to weigh. For example, if I want to weigh a piece of raw chicken breast, I can first weigh the empty container or bag I plan to put it in, hit "Tare",

and then put the raw chicken breast in the container and set it back on the scale. The empty scale will first read a negative number (the weight of the container or bag that you just weighed and removed), so that when you add the chicken breast to it, the scale will now show the weight of the chicken breast, not including the container. This way, your scale can stay clean and there won't be any raw food mess to clean up off of it. :) I only use the grams and ounces unit measurement, but I believe it has pounds as well. If you're looking to weigh your food, I highly recommend this!
