My review :

. I particularly like the USB connection cord - it's got a thread-braided cover and that makes it very flexible and neat to use. . I like the controls on the cable for volume and microphone muting. The ear cups are generous and comfortable. The dynamic range is very wide - and the sense of heavy bass and general 'presence' is excellent. In fact for some purposes, especially online voice conferences, the bass is a bit too much so I have experimented with using the APO Equalizer software to try and reduce it a bit. Experiments are ongoing with this. It would have been helpful if Sandberg had included a software-based equalizer, and my sound card does not have its own equalizer panel.

I am less keen on the microphone quality - I had expected something rather better. It's not very full-bodied.But for this budjet i think the microphone can do its job . But in general, good value for money even though it is definitely not a 'broadcast quality' microphone. It would be useful to have the option of a 1:1 'monitor' option to feed the outside audio into the earphones when you need to hear both what is coming through and your own voice in real time. It would need to be a switchable option. It is possible to use the Windows Sound Control panel to achieve a 'monitor' effect but it's not quite in real time.
