My review :

Packaging: The headphones came well packaged in a small box and the shipping was quick. Everything arrived as described- clean, and intact.

Battery: The battery was fully charged on arrival. An audio indicator lets you know what level the battery is, when powering up. The battery is stated to last 85 hours. So far, with about 70 hrs of listen time, no charging has been needed.

Bluetooth: The bluetooth paring is immediate. I didn’t even need to use the pairing function as described in the manual. As soon as I powered on, I was able to locate with my computer and pair. The bluetooth range is excellent. I’ve worn them in separate rooms from my computer and phone without any issues. I also appreciate that the make and model of product are named in the bluetooth panel. It’s a small detail, but makes a difference when trying to identify and quickly pair, especially when switching between my phone and computer. The audio fidelity isn’t as high over bluetooth as when plugged in, which is why I recommend using the included 3.5mm headphone jack when going for the best quality sound.

Headphone Jack: The included headphone jack can plug in to the base of the headphones to be used in a wired configuration. I really like that this is a feature. This gives a significant signal boost and a higher quality. I found that bluetooth doesn’t handle the audio signal well with a pre-amp or an equalizer, but that they really give the sound an improvement when using the headphones wired in. Being able to connect directly also means that if you’re listening with bluetooth and the battery is low, or if you want to conserve battery, you can keep listening with the headphone jack. In my opinion, this is one of the best features.

Audio quality: clarity, bass, and full frequency range shine at mid volume. Overall, I was very pleased with the audio quality. The quality is best when wired in, but is still pleasing over bluetooth. Really, an impressive sound at this price point.

ANC: The noise cancellation is good. Some sounds are still audible with the ANC activated, but I used it to drown out traffic and it worked surprisingly well. These will be my new travel headphones and I can tell already that they’ll give me peace on flights.

Comfort: The earcups are soft and appear durable. They are comfortable. The stitching is nice. I do notice some slight fatigue after wearing these for more than an hour or two. These would benefit from a slightly larger earcup that fits fully over-ear. The headphone frame is padded, which is also comfortable. It looks like they will last. The earpieces articulate to fit different faces and the swivel also feels durable.

In summary, get these! The price is great, they’re loaded with features, and they sound great!
