My review :

The case is decent, good size and feel, matte so adds a feel of quality and the lid is lipped slightly at the opening so you can do it blindfolded without wondering which side you are trying to open, thats nice! The lid snaps shut and stays open equally well, its nice spring hinge, again little touches make the difference. The earphones themselves are small, i like this, im not a massive fan of the stem designs so this minimises nicely. They are very light and compact. Fit wise these were very comfy, spend some time getting your fit right though as this will make everything else work well! Pairing was simple, the button on the front is the mechanism for this which makes for easier pairing to different devices. These dont support multi device pairing so its one at a time. This button does help though. Like many of us in WFH situations Ive resorted to earphones for teams/zoom calls to reduce noise from other areas of the house interfering with work, these provide good isolation when in ear, good enough that you dont need ANC really, thats not really something to be found at this price point. Likewise they also provide good voice quality for the recipients. Ive not been able to use these in loud places so cant vouch for the noise reduction for the others on the end of the call.

Touch controls, this is where we lose some points, theres no reason why volume cant be on here, but i suppose this is where theyve take a decision to reduce single tap for volume to avoid mistaken touches when readjusting. So volume aside the touches are good, solid and responsive and the lack of single tap does pay off, theres hardly ever any mistaken touches on these. Comfort wise these are good, they happily sit in my ears for hours with occasional adjustment but thats the same with most for me. Sound quality - the real reason you get headphones, lets be honest. It's ok. The modes are for me mostly redundant, i want rich sound at all times. There is an issue with the sound I haven't been able to put my finger on until now. It feels like the codec implementations are bad. I can hear audio compression both on AAC and SBC. It's a bit more sibilant and flangy and after a while it really began to bother me. Overall I think these are decent value for money, the price is low and for those who want a budget pair, a second pair for other uses or just to get into the market then these are good! However I would urge people to maybe spend a little extra on a model up, ANC can be found with a few more quid, as can depth of bass and better overall balance (and codec implementation). But if this was as far as you could stretch or wanted to then its a decent investment.
